The last gig I attended was Manic Street Preachers at the London O2 in December 2011 ;D Playing all their singles was a long night of music but wonderful experience. I sadly don't get to gigs much anymore like I used to years ago. I've always got to at least 1 gig per year since I started attended gigs in 2003, although I've yet to get to one this year - although I aim to rectify this next month if I get to see Elton John live in Las Vegas.

I rarely get to gigs because the promoters here charge an arm and a leg for tickets most times. Last one I went to was Slash in August which was amazing, last one before that was years ago for AC/DC's Black Ice tour.

I bet the AC/DC gig was rocking! I'd love to see Guns n Roses live but doubt it'd be the same as the old line up and I always read they come on stage hours late when people have had to leave the venue to make last trains home, etc. I'll be seeing Elton John at Caesars Palace in October now, woohoo. That'll be amazing. He should dedicate a song to Johnny Shitcase and sing the Shitcase Cinema theme song to spread the word

Bruce Springsteen, Hyde Park Calling. Was great until they shut the bleeding power off!

Saw I Wrestled A Bear Once a couple of weeks back. One support band had been taken off the bill, and the main band were packing their stuff up by quarter to ten, with no encore. Has to be the shortest gig I've been to. Got Between The Buried And Me and Periphery on Saturday though. In fact, gigs for the next couple of months are pretty regular. I can't even get to them all, there's that many on

Bruce Springsteen, Hyde Park Calling. Was great until they shut the bleeding power off! I was there! Amazing gig! I got to a few gigs every year. Not many big names though as the promoters always book the big names for Dublin and I can't be arsed travelling all the way down there to deal with drunk Dubliners. My last gig was two weeks ago - Beth Jean Haughton and The Hoves of Destiny. Good gig, and she was hot!

They're not bad, in fact they are a well oiled machine and sound amazing but you can tell most of them are only there for the $$. Axl still sounds amazing and puts on a great show.

I saw Skeletonwitch support Black Dahlia Murder. They were pretty impressive. Blew Fleshgod Apocalypse out the water, but that wasn't really that hard to do

That's odd. Fleshgod was pretty impressive when they were on summer slaughter 2011. I liked them, but you can't really measure up to black dahlia.

Vocals were ropey as fuck, and they didn't do a proper setup when they did their soundcheck, so their guitars were too quiet. Was looking forward to them, too.
