Agreed. Especially what they did to Deadpool is unforgiveable...

Wolverine Origins to me is a movie about a guy crying on a redwood deck going "Wah, I'm a sad Wolverine." A proper Wolverine should have Wolverine ripping a bus in half with his bare hand's then using the bus half to go and sodomize a Voltron!

Nice photo shopped image. I saw that Origin movie at the cinema and came out thinking it was crap but I've seen it on TV since and actually enjoyed it on 2nd viewing. Scott Adkins plays that weird guy at the end, is that Deadpool or weapon X or something? They should make a new name though, Wolverine and now THE Wolverine. How creative and confusing.

Its the first offical imagine from the movie. Yeah he was Deadpool in name only, Ryan was closer to who Deadpool is but still not really Deadpool. Weapon X is Wolverine.
Long story short Deadpool doesn't have powers to begin with, the X-Program that created Wolverine's claws gave Wolverine's healing factor to Deadpool. TA-DA!
Origins is an ok action movie, just a terrible comic book movie. Atleast it was better than First Class!

Ah right, I'm not a massive fan knowing all the details and such. I loved the X-man cartoon though in the 90's! Regarding the poster, I just mean it looks touched up and a bit fake-ish. All modern day posters and celebs in magazines are all the same though. Air brushed I believe is the term.

Actually I like First Class alot... in fact, I think it is the best X-Men-film to date... Fassbender's portrayal of Magneto is spot-on... but... oh well.. opinions differ...

Yeah, my ex LOVED the shit out of it, and im sitting there thinking "Well that's wrong." "That fucks up all continuity with the other movies." etc I'm sure I would have enjoyed it if I wasn't so into the comics. The best scene in the movie lasted all of 15 seconds and consisted of the words "Fuck off!" Also Kevin Bacon was terrible as the villain, Sebastian Shaw is one of my fave X-Men villains and Kevin Bacon was just so campy.

Yeah, I agree... some things could have been handled better... but then, isn't First Class supposed to be a prequel only to X1 and X2 (cause X3 sucks hard)? Regarding Shaw... well... the character never really intrigued me anyways... but as I said... in my opinion, Magneto was portrayed accurately, to say the least. Still... I pretty much enjoyed the film... even though I am into Marvel comics...

Originally it was going to be a brand new series of films as they didnt expect it to be as popular as it was, then all of a sudden it was a prequel (as was Wolverine Origins, and some set pics may show clues that The Wolverine takes place after Last Stand despite the fact the Wolverine is meant to be a stand alone movie). And they are still contemplating X-Men 4 and Days Of Future Past is set to begin production soon. The timeline is completely naffed anyway. I mean the amount of errors from X-Men 2 to Last Stand is pretty bad. Kelsey Grammer was awesome as Beast though. Vinnie Jones as The Juggernaut was cool but underused.

Yup, heard the thing about Days of Future Past as well, but as of now I did not know that The Wolverine supposedly takes place after X3... *sigh* Juggernaut was cool indeed, even though they made him a mutant... But as you said... the timeline is going down the drain anyway... kinda reminds me of the 'Aliens vs Predator'-universe... AvP 1&2 both take place before the Alien 1-4, yet in the latter, nobody has ever heard of the Aliens. Moreover, Prometheus features fancy touch-screen-displays while these are nonexistant in Alien 1-4... What really sucks is that 'Wolverine and the X-Men' was cancelled... such an exellent show... EDIT: I still like the AvP-franchise, though

I know Wolverine and the X-Men was Pimp, Deadpool was going to be in season 2!
The Wolverine might not take place after Last Stand, there's a few set pics which feature the logo for The Jean Grey School for Higher Learning. And that can only work if it happens after Last Stand. I love the fact that James Marsden read the script for Last Stand and asked to be killed off.
