We should have a Shitcase checklist and a movie should meet so much of it or something before it could be considered. (Unless John is in one of his 'Fuck it, Imma do a good movie' tudes)

Why are some of our members wanting John to review movies that are actually good? Come on, Child's Play and now An American Werewolf in London? I guess that's the problem is that we all have different definitions of a good" film and a "shit" film. He has reviewed good movies in times; The Exorcist.

I'm sure most of these people want him to do those films for the wrong reasons then.

Honestly, I think most movies can be considered bad in some regard. I'm not sure if torturing John with the worst of the worst makes a review necessarily funny. I mean, he reviews a lot of "good" movies and still kills those reviews. I watch them at work with the sound low and am usually trying hard not to laugh out loud throughout. Now, I'm not saying he could review "In the Name of the Rose" and have it be as good as Troll 2, but he could totally hit Excalibur or Deliverance out of the park (poor John Boorman and his unintentional comedy). Not that I know John personally (or the illustrious Professor Bruce) but from the vids I've watched they bring the funny.

I plan on doing another Godfrey Ho ninja film at some point deamscapes. Thanks for the kind words wendigomountain. You're right, it sometimes is hard to review a film while making it an entertaining review to watch. Sometimes the film presents itself well and other times I have to dig deep in order to try to make it deliver.

The original Piranha was entertaining but silly at the same time. The sequel is just.... words escape me. When the film isn't showing people getting attacked by flying piranhas on strings with terrible editing, its just people talking. There's even a few scenes with an old lady who goes around hitting on all the athletic young men on the beach. Because that's exactly what we want to see in a movie about killer flying piranhas.

We have got to find you this one, or another one that has this scene in it with Richard running up a hill and announcing to the world he is a Ninja!
